Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Samsung Experience Consultant to drive sales inside a Best Buy store in Grand Rapids. You will demonstrate Samsung devices, explain features, and deliver outstanding customer service to shoppers.

This is a full-time role with weekly pay at $19 per hour, paid training, apparel and device provisioning, and benefits including medical/dental/vision and a 401(k) match. Expect around 32+ hours weekly, including weekends and peak times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of sales/retail/telecom experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Weekend/evening availability and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products in Best Buy.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend Samsung products.
• Build relationships with Best Buy staff to drive initiatives.
• Meet and exceed monthly store sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and merchandising standards.
• Complete daily reporting on sales performance.
