2020 Companies, Inc. is hiring a bilingual Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to promote Samsung Electronics products at the Best Buy in Louisville. You will engage customers, demonstrate devices, and drive sales while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers hourly pay of $19.00, with dailypay option, paid training, apparel, and benefits including medical/dental/vision and 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekend evenings and high-demand retail holidays.

Responsabilités

• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy retail store using conversational consulting sales techniques.
• Uncover and understand customer needs and recommend Samsung products to fit those needs.
• Build confidence in Samsung products for Best Buy staff and customers as a brand advocate.
• Build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to drive initiatives and goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals monthly.
• Provide excellent customer and client service through interactions with customers and staff.
• Ensure retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets and participate in new product launches.
• Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.
