Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of sales/retail/telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekend evenings and high-demand retail holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy store.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend Samsung products accordingly.
• Build confidence in Samsung offerings with customers and staff.
• Forge strong partnerships with Best Buy personnel to meet goals.
• Meet or exceed monthly store sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist clients and staff.
• Maintain brand standards through merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Complete display resets during launches and as requested.
• Submit daily sales performance and retail insights reports.
