American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. Earn $20-$22 per hour plus uncapped commissions with potential $20-$30/hour on average with commission.

Locations include Hilliard, OH with both part-time and full-time opportunities. ARS offers paid training, benefits after 31 days, and opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Attendance at weekly in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
