Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will engage shoppers, educate them about home comfort solutions, and generate qualified leads for in-home consultations.

Great earning potential with hourly pay plus uncapped commission, weekly pay, paid training, and flexible part-time or full-time schedules. Prior sales or retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly conversations.
• Ask questions to understand home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups and IAQ solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and meet lead-gen goals.
