ARS-Rescue Rooter in Wareham, MA is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to drive HVAC and plumbing service leads inside national home improvement retail stores. Pay is $23-$25 per hour plus uncapped commission, with typical earnings of $25–$35 per hour with incentives.

Flexible part-time and full-time schedules available; weekend shifts required. We offer paid training, weekly pay via direct deposit, and opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• No HVAC experience required; we are looking for people who are outgoing and ready to engage shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability; reliable transportation.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
