ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Oxon Hill, MD. Pay is $20-$22 per hour with uncapped commission and earning potential with incentives.

This role offers flexible part-time and full-time schedules, paid training, weekly pay, and opportunities to advance to HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings and pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly conversations.
• Ask questions to understand home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and IAQ.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward lead-generation goals, individually and as a team.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
