Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. The role offers hourly pay plus uncapped commission, with average earnings of $20–$30/hour with commission and weekly pay via direct deposit.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Training is provided and there is opportunity for advancement into HVAC Sales Advisor roles, with benefits including insurance after 31 days

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred, not required.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
