Parker & Sons is seeking a Sales Lead Generator to work inside our retail partner locations across the Phoenix Valley. You will engage homeowners, uncover home comfort needs, and schedule high-quality in-home consultations for our sales team.

This face-to-face role requires strong people skills and a drive to exceed goals. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with uncapped commissions; top performers can earn up to $60K annually.
