Job summary

Parker & Sons is seeking confident, customer-focused professionals to serve as Sales Lead Generator at our retail partner locations in the Phoenix Valley. You will engage homeowners, identify home-comfort needs, and schedule high-quality in-home consultations for our sales team.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with uncapped commissions; top performers earn up to $60K per year. Both part-time and full-time roles are available, with weekends required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, customer service, lead generation, hospitality, membership sales, promotions, or other customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to initiate conversations and engage customers confidently.
• Proven ability to influence decisions and overcome objections.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by performance-based rewards.
• Comfortable working toward goals and earning commission-based income.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to utilize a smartphone, email, and text messaging.
• HVAC or water treatment experience is not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
