Job summary

Parker & Sons is hiring Sales Lead Generators for our retail partner stores. This entry level role requires no prior sales experience, just an outgoing attitude and drive to earn. Base pay starts at $18.00/hr with uncapped commissions, potentially reaching $25–$50/hr including commissions.

We offer part-time and full-time shifts (minimum 20 hours/week), with at least one weekend day required. Positions are in retail locations, not remote or call center, across the Phoenix Valley with 44

• A+ communication and customer service skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to use a smartphone for email and text.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at store displays and explain products/services.
• Walk stores engaging customers about home services.
• Explain features and benefits and gather customer needs.
• Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to visit homes.
• Build rapport with store leadership and attend monthly trainings.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically.
