Job summary

Parker & Sons, Inc. is looking for enthusiastic Sales Lead Generators to join our retail partner stores in Glendale, Arizona. This entry-level role requires no prior sales experience, just a positive attitude and a desire to earn commissions on top of a base pay of $18.00 per hour.

As a Sales Lead Generator, you will engage with customers directly, generating interest in scheduling air conditioning and water treatment services. We offer flexible shifts with both part-time and full-time opportunities, robust benefits, and a chance to grow within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Required to be standing/walking or sitting for 4-8 hours at a time.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Prior retail experience is highly desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and encourage them to learn about products.
• Engage customers in conversations about home service needs.
• Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to visit homes.
• Attend required monthly meetings and trainings.
