Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Lead Generators to engage shoppers inside major home-improvement retailers. The role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and setting appointments for ARS heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions.

You’ll earn $20–$22 per hour with uncapped commission, plus incentives and weekly direct deposit. Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with paid training and opportunities for career growth in HVAC sales.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a retail environment inside partner stores.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly conversations with shoppers about home comfort and energy efficiency.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Present ARS professionally and support in-store promotions.
