ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to engage customers in national home improvement retail stores. You’ll discuss heating/cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, and energy savings while generating leads for a free in-home consultation or a tune-up.

We offer uncapped commission with hourly pay, weekly direct deposit, paid training, and flexible part-time or full-time schedules. This position supports career growth into HVAC sales roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers (not required to have HVAC experience).
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
