Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to work inside national home improvement retailers. Earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission with potential total earnings of $25–$35 per hour, plus paid training and flexible schedules.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available. No door-to-door or cold calling, with weekly direct deposit and opportunities for advancement within HVAC sales roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.

Responsibilities
