ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to engage homeowners inside major home improvement retailers. You will introduce ARS heating, cooling and home comfort solutions, focusing on customer engagement, lead generation and appointment setting.

The role is dynamic, high-energy, and offers potential for growth into HVAC sales advisory paths. The position supports flexible part-time and full-time schedules with pay structure including hourly wage plus uncapped commissions and paid

Formación

• Outgoing and engaging with shoppers to discuss home comfort solutions.
• Experience in retail or sales environments is a plus, not required.
• Ability to stand/walk during shifts and weekend/holiday availability.

• Act as Brand Ambassador and educate customers on services.
