A.J. Perri Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is hiring In-Store Sales Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores.

Join a growing team and earn an hourly wage plus uncapped commissions with weekly pay and paid training. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules available, with opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation; clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Must be able to attend weekly in-office meetings.

• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportationClean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meeting
