Responsibilities

• Handle customer service activities, including taking orders and answering questions.
• Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store.
• Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers.
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team.
• Promote add-on sales of gases and hard goods accessories and conduct product demonstrations.
• Maintain customer records and pricing accuracy.
• Make outbound calls to retail and small customers.
• Sell products at minimum discount to meet target margins and potentially support other locations.
