Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of Customer Service/Inside Sales/Counter Sales preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential for success.
• No DUI/DWI or other alcohol-related driving convictions in the last 10 years.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and enter telephone orders and answer customer questions.
• Serve customers at the counter in the retail store.
• Perform warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers.
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team.
• Evaluate and recommend products, equipment, and programs.
• Promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin accessories; demonstrate products in-store.
• Maintain accurate customer records and pricing; ensure proper account setup.
• Make outbound calls to retail and small customers; support additional locations as needed.
