Responsibilities

• Handle customer service activities including taking and entering telephone orders, answering questions, resolving issues, and tracking order status or shipments.
• Assist customers at the counter with sales in the retail store.
• Perform warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers.
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team.
• Promote add-on sales of gases and hard goods; conduct product demonstrations when needed.
• Maintain customer records and pricing accuracy; ensure correct account setup.
