Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate in Mebane, NC. You will deliver outstanding customer service, help achieve sales KPIs, and process transactions at the register.

You will also keep the store clean, assist with stock and merchandising, and comply with policies. Weekend/evening shifts and possible overtime are required. Must have at least 1 year in retail or related experience, be a strong team player with solid communication, and have basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or related field.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced store.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift/carry up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in line with brand values and service standards.
• Through effective customer service, meet or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Accurately process sales transactions at checkout quickly and securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the store per visual merchandising guidelines.
• Execute incoming and outgoing merchandise and assist with stock levels and inventory counts.
• Comply with all policies, procedures and safety requirements; work non-traditional hours as needed.
