Job summary

Puma North America, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales at our Charlotte store.

You will process transactions at the register, maintain store cleanliness, and assist with inventory and merchandising to ensure availability and presentation meet Puma standards. You should be a team player with strong communication skills, able to learn quickly, and comfortable with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or other relative experience, preferred.
• Strong team player and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly; basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience in-store according to brand values and service standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately at checkout.
• Keep store clean, organized, and compliant with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Assist with incoming/outgoing merchandise and stock management.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
