The role emphasizes friendly engagement, accurate product fitting, and promoting ongoing promotions on a busy retail floor. The position requires a friendly, team-oriented individual with strong communication skills and basic math ability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Should be a people person.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate a busy sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Greet customers and initiate contact.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Address questions and solve problems effectively.
• Close sales with suggestive and multiple selling.
• Properly measure and fit customers with NB products.
• Promote current promotions and pricing.
• Keep the sales floor neat, stocked, and correctly labeled.
• Protect products by tagging and monitoring merchandise.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents promptly.
• Support visual merchandising and store maintenance.
