Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express, seeks a Retail Sales Leader for Bridgewater Commons. You will drive sales on the floor and in the stockroom while guiding associates and delivering a superior in-store experience for customers.

You will coach the team, manage daily operations, and collaborate with management to optimize staffing and performance. This role emphasizes product knowledge, policy execution, and delivering top customer service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Proficient with iPad and cash registers.
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to store associates for floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance.
• Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and ensure proper associate coverage.
• Oversee and authorize the checkout experience and omni-channel flows.
• Support product launches, window changes, and visual presentation standards.
