Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in maintaining sales and customer service standards. You will help develop team skills, ensure policy compliance, and assist in achieving daily goals, with opportunities for advancement within Signet Jewelers.

The role requires leadership and a commitment to exceptional customer experiences, including training and recruiting responsibilities. This is a full‑time, in-store position with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; recruit and select team members.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures and perform other operational and strategic duties.
