Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a part-time Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will acquire product knowledge, prepare and serve samples, and engage customers to showcase product benefits in a professional manner.

The role supports events in retail stores with a flexible schedule, not exceeding about 25 hours per week. Knowledge of products and a neat appearance are essential for success and audit readiness is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in using a personal computer or mobile device and internal systems.
• Local Food handler permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with in-store food and non-food demonstrations.
• Prepare, serve, and break down product, equipment and supplies.
• Interacts with consumers to explain product features and benefits.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Complete expense reports and required online submissions on time.
