Zusammenfassung

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager responsible for recruitment, hiring and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product preparation and presentation, training and providing superb service to all Club members.

This position requires strong communication between warehouse managers, vendors and in store Product Demonstrators including participation in new location grand openings.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in client-side, branded consumer goods or related mix.
• NEHA Food Handler Certification is required.

Aufgaben

• Direct events, promotions and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and ops goals.
• Support governance policies and procedures development.
• Collaborate with District Manager on event performance metrics.
• Aim to meet revenue and net income objectives.
• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through ops improvements.
