Job summary

Club Demonstration Services in Mobile, AL seeks a Full-time Event Manager for product demonstrations. You will recruit, train and supervise part-time staff of product demonstrators, oversee product preparation and presentation, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You’ll coordinate with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators, and participate in grand openings at new locations. The role requires strong leadership and communication, with the ability to coach employees and manage

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Detail oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead well performing teams.
• Ability to exercise independent judgement.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service.
