Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will learn products, engage consumers, and demonstrate benefits while maintaining a professional appearance during events.

The role requires preparing and serving samples with small appliances, keeping the workstation clean, and completing tasks on time. Up to 25 hours weekly with potential adjustments by client and business needs.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience/training preferred; or equivalent combination.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in using a PC or mobile device with internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gain adequate knowledge of products.
• Proactively engage and sell product to consumers.
• Explain features and benefits to customers.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Set up Event Table for execution.
• Complete expense reports per policy.
