Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in Georgia is seeking an Associate to perform in-store product demonstrations, learn the products, and present them professionally to consumers. You will prepare, serve, and break down samples, keep the workstation clean, and maintain a professional appearance in-store.

The role is part-time (up to 25 hours/week), requiring strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and basic computer literacy. A local food handlers permit may be required, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 months of related experience preferred.
• Proficient in using a PC or mobile device and internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Intercept, engage, and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances like microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workstation using cleaning chemicals.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
• Complete expense reports as per company policy.
• Access the internet and navigate internal systems including Outlook, Word, and PDFs.
