Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a part-time Associate to perform in-store food and product demonstrations. You will acquire product knowledge and interact with consumers to showcase features and benefits, while maintaining a professional appearance and safe workspace.

Responsibilities include preparing samples, working with small appliances, and coordinating event setups. This role is limited to about 25 hours per week and requires basic computer skills and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in ability to use and navigate on a personal computer or personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local Food handlers permit may be required.
• Physical Demands: Stand and walk, lift up to 25 pounds, handle objects, work with cleaning supplies.

Responsibilities

• Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Communicate the features and benefits of the product effectively.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation with cleaning chemicals.
• Set up Event Table for execution and maintain professional appearance.
