Job summary

Michaels is hiring in BISMARCK, ND for an Event Coordination and Customer Experience role at our store. You will plan and coordinate children's parties and other events, assist customers in shopping, and deliver a fast, friendly checkout experience while maintaining store standards.

You will interact with guests of all ages, demonstrate crafts, manage class activities, support inventory and recovery tasks, and help keep the store clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Must have experience working with children and children's events.
• Must have good communication skills including written, verbal, and nonverbal.
• Retail and/or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events at the store, including children’s parties and crafts.
• Assist customers in shopping and provide solutions; ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Support stock, planogram, and general store recovery tasks as needed.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards and execute SOPs.
