Job summary

Michaels in Grand Forks, ND is seeking an energetic retail team member to coordinate events, assist customers, and support daily store operations.

You will plan children’s parties and craft classes, handle BOPIS and Ship From Store tasks, restock shelves, greet guests, enroll customers in rewards programs, and help maintain a welcoming, safe shopping environment.

This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends, with a focus on delivering excellent service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events such as children’s parties and craft classes.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide fast, friendly checkout.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Support omni‑channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with stocking, planograms, and safety standards.
