Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple in-store events, including children’s parties and craft classes.
• Engage with clients of all ages to create a fun, creative environment.
• Demonstrate and guide crafting activities; perform face painting and related activities.
• Coordinate add-ons (goody bags, balloons) per company standards.
• Assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions at checkout.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store).
• Assist with stock, planograms, and store recovery tasks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact positively with others, modeling company values.
