Qualifications

• Three years of experience in administrative, professional, or other responsible work related to store operation practices.
• Strong ability to analyze budgets, inventory, and sales objectives.
• Experience implementing or improving in-store systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational store visits to ensure compliance with directives, policies, and programs.
• Provide recommendations to improve efficiencies and operating results based on findings.
• Advise on store operations to increase efficiency through layout, fixtures, and updated equipment.
• Assist in developing, training, and executing procedures related to in-store business systems.
• Prepare documentation and briefings for senior management and all-hands meetings.
• Maintain relationships with sister services to ensure consistency in programs and policies.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
