Primark is seeking an in-store Operations Support colleague to back the Store Manager and EHS Lead with daily store operations and safety tasks. You’ll help maintain a safe, efficient shopping environment by supporting POS ticketing, stock accuracy, and EHS training across the team.

You will play a key role in training new hires, managing maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with local guidelines while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively mitigate hazards and drive operational excellence.
• Print POS tickets and assist with price adjustments to support customer experience.
• Support EHS activities and training for new hires and refreshers.
• Raise maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors.
• Assist with reporting and resolution of technology repairs.
• Update systems, maintain stock files and manage lost property processes.
• Order PPE, store supplies and floor hardware; ensure First Aid kits are stocked.
• Provide daily/weekly updates to Store Manager and EHS & Operations Lead.
