Job summary

Primark in Danbury, CT is seeking an In-store Operations Support colleague to assist the Store Manager and EHS Lead with daily store operations and safety. You will help maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment and support operational excellence across tasks from POS to stock control.

You will coordinate EHS activities, train new hires, manage maintenance paperwork, and assist with reporting and repairs to keep the store running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and EHS Lead with store operations and safety tasks.
• Assist with POS ticketing and updating price adjustments.
• Coordinate EHS activities and training for hiring and refreshers.
• Raise maintenance or contractor paperwork and liaise with suppliers.
• Assist with reporting and resolving technology repairs promptly.
• Input updates to systems and maintain stock file accuracy.
• Ensure PPE and store supplies are stocked and managed.
• Support daily/weekly activities and deadlines with the Store Manager.
