Job summary

Primark in the United States is seeking an in-store Operations Support Associate (Part-Time) to assist the Store Manager and the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Lead with store operations and safety tasks. You will act as the main in-store contact to maintain a safe environment and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and EHS Lead with store operations and safety tasks.
• Be the in-store main contact to maintain a safe environment and positive shopping experience.
• Assist with POS ticketing and maintaining stock file accuracy.
• Promote EHS compliance through training.
• Raise maintenance repair orders and coordinate with contractors.
• Assist with reporting and resolving technology repairs.
• Update systems and manage lost property processes.
• Order PPE, store stationery, and ensure First Aid kits are stocked.
• Support self-audits and update leadership on daily/weekly activity.
