Job summary

Primark in the United States is seeking an in-store Operations Support colleague to assist the Store Manager and the EHS Lead with daily operations and safety tasks. You will help maintain a safe, positive shopping environment and support operational excellence across in-store activities.

Your role includes processing POS tickets, updating price adjustments, training new hires, and coordinating with contractors to ensure smooth store performance. A customer-focused approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and EHS Lead with store operations and safety tasks.
• Print POS tickets and assist with updating price adjustments to support customer experience.
• Promote EHS compliance through training and onboarding new hires.
• Raise maintenance and contractor paperwork and liaise with vendors.
• Assist with reporting and resolving technology repairs promptly.
• Update systems, maintain stock files and manage lost property.
• Order PPE, stationery, and store hardware; ensure First Aid kits are stocked.
• Participate in routine self-audits and update leaders on activities and deadlines.
