Job summary

Primark is seeking an in-store Operations Support colleague in Hyattsville, MD to assist the Store Manager and EHS Lead with daily operations and safety initiatives. You will help maintain a safe environment, support POS ticketing, and ensure stock file accuracy while upholding excellent customer experiences.

You will promote EHS compliance, support training, and help manage routine maintenance and reporting. A proactive, organized mindset and strong communication with colleagues are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and EHS Lead with store operations and EHS tasks.
• Be the in-store main point of contact for a safe working environment and positive shopping experience.
• Assist with POS ticketing and updating stock/file accuracy; promote EHS training.
• Raise maintenance repair orders and liaise with contractors.
