Job summary

Primark in the United States is seeking an in-store Operations Support colleague to assist the Store Manager and the Environmental Health & Safety Lead. You will help maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment and drive operational excellence across daily tasks.

The role includes POS ticketing, stock file accuracy, EHS training, coordinating repairs with contractors, updating systems, and ensuring PPE and supplies are stocked.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and EHS Lead with store operations and safety tasks.
• Maintain stock file accuracy and print POS tickets; support price adjustments.
• Promote EHS compliance through training and documentation.
• Raise maintenance/repair orders; liaise with contractors and store teams.
• Support reporting and resolution of technology repairs; update systems.
• Order PPE and store supplies; manage lost property processes.
• Assist with routine self-audits and report to leadership on daily/weekly activities.
