Job summary

T-Mobile Mobile Associates in a store environment engage with customers, educate them on devices and services, and drive sales through consultative selling. You will use digital tools to demonstrate value, capture referrals, and exceed performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools and effective communication.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on T-Mobile products and services, applying solution-based selling techniques.
• Train on in-store processes, protect kiosk assets, and support store operations, opening/closing as needed.
• Build relationships with customers and nearby teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and service experience.
