Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate for Store-in-Store roles in a fast-paced retail setting. You will engage with customers, demonstrate T-Mobile products, and help them choose the best wireless solutions while delivering exceptional service.

Training is provided on products and in-store processes. Base hourly pay starts at $19.50 with a $5.00 per hour training bonus; after onboarding, you may qualify for incentives and an annual stock grant.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer focus; able to work in a high-traffic environment.
• Knowledge of product and service offerings to educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment. Uses digital tools to educate customers and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate value of products.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, and processes; access Hub for updates and promotions.
