Job summary

Sun Com is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to join our in-person team in the United States. You will work full-time to exceed monthly sales quotas, drive handset and rate-plan sales, and follow management guidance to maximize performance. You will mentor new hires and ensure paperwork accuracy while adhering to company policies.

The role requires 18+ years old, 30 hours per week minimum, and reliable transportation. Spanish language is preferred. Prior retail sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• Retail sales experience preferred (1 year).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Spanish language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Practice behaviors to generate and maximize sales and key metrics as directed by management.
• Mentor new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all company policies and keep required paperwork accurate.
