Job summary

Sun Com is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant for an in-person role in Mobile, AL. You will work to exceed monthly sales quotas, drive handset and plan sales, and serve as a role model for new hires.

Essential requirements include being at least 18 years old, working 4 days/30 hours per week, and having reliable transportation. Spanish is preferred. Benefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, health and dental insurance, flexible schedule, PTO, vision, HSA, life insurance, and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred).
• Spanish (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed benchmarks.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per guidance.
• Follow policies and procedures as outlined in the Handbook and Sun Com policy documents.
• Master all required systems (Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, etc.).
• Regularly check sales paperwork for discrepancies and errors.
• Protect and maintain company assets.
• Communicate inventory deficiencies to supervisors.
• Maintain store appearance and complete training on schedule.
