Job summary

Retail Odyssey in Idaho is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant to support retailers and enhance shopper experiences. You will build displays, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to boost sales while ensuring displays stay fresh and compliant with planograms.

The role offers on-the-ground training, opportunities for advancement, and flexible hours. No prior experience required beyond a strong work ethic and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience required.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Experience leading and training others is a plus.
• Willing to record work on a smartphone or tablet after each shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shopper needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Train and guide team members as needed.
