Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring in-store merchandising support in Burley, Idaho. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to help maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support. You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, with opportunities for growth and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to train and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build in-store displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
