Job summary

Retail Odyssey, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking team members to support in-store merchandising and customer engagement. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. We offer competitive wages and growth, with training provided for those new to the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail is preferred but not required.
• Ability to interact confidently with customers and management.
• Physically capable of frequent lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves, and rotate products.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
