Job summary

Retail Odyssey in Burley, ID seeks a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to support in-store merchandising, displays and shelf resets. You will track inventory, assist leadership with reporting and onboarding, and help train new hires while delivering excellent customer service.

You should be comfortable working with management, lifting up to 50 lbs, and coordinating with store personnel. Training is provided; growth opportunities exist within the Advantage Solutions network.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs. as required.
• Experience leading and training people is preferred, with reliability and teamwork emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves and manage product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Use smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift and ensure accuracy.
