Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandiser to help shape shopper experiences across retailers. You will build displays, rotate stock, track inventory, and support store leadership with reporting and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support, with opportunities for growth. You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation to the work location.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Can use a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
